Q: What is the difference between coaching, consulting and counseling?
A:

Consulting | The consultant is a subject matter expert | Solve problems | Consultants ask questions to uncover the issues, analyze discoveries and prescribe a specific course of action. |

Q: What should I consider when hiring a coach?
A: Three main things to consider:
1. Is it the right time for you to work with a coach? Don't waste time, energy and money if it isn't the right time. Ask yourself:
- Am I ready to face whatever has been stopping (or slowing me down) from getting what I really want?
- Am I ready to take action and make changes?
- Am I willing to do what it takes to make this work so I'm not wasting my time or money?
2. Is it the right coach for you? Ask yourself:
- Do they have the background and skills to help you succeed?
- Do you feel comfortable enough that you would be able to be open and honest with them when you work with them?
- Do you trust them?
- Do you feel they have your best interests at heart?
3. Is it the right price for you? Ask yourself:
- What Return on Investment (ROI) am I expecting from coaching?
- Is the ROI enough to justify me investing my time, energy and money?
