I started Success Architects, LLC so I could help organization design and build sustainable businesses.
There are four main areas that need to be aligned in EVERY organization:
- Business Direction — this includes defining your business vision, purpose/mission, values and Big Goals
- Business Design — this includes defining who you serve, what products/services you offer, pricing, packaging, organizational structure (who does what), etc.
- Business Development – This includes how you attract and convert people to become clients (marketing and selling your strategies, programs and processes – externally and/or internally)
- Business Delivery – this includes maximizing how you and your organization serve your clients and maintain effective operations (this is a huge area including but not limited to aligning your people, systems, policies, procedures and practices!)
